Born and raised in Arizona, Angelique Marquand (Borboleta), has taught Capoeira for more than 6 years in the valley of the sun! She got her start in Las Vegas as a showgirl in the hit show "EFX" with David Cassidy from '96 to '98. She discovered Capoeira in '98 while living in New York City and fell in love with the art and Brazil.
